Beck & Sant launched in 2021, founded by John "Tal" Sant, Jr. and Steve Beck, local attorneys whose combined experience and expertise span over 50 years and numerous areas of law. Our goal is to to achieve the most favorable outcomes for you and your businesses, working  with you in an efficient, cost effective and transparent manner.

Steve previously worked with Robert Blackwell at Blackwell & Associates, P.C. and represented Rob as Trustee in hundreds of Bankruptcy cases, including in operating and winding down businesses, conducting section 363 sales, and litigating a breadth of legal matters. In addition to those matters, Steve’s practice includes the representation of individuals seeking relief under bankruptcy Chapters 7 and 13, estate planning, general civil litigation, family law, and business/corporate matters.

 

Tal worked with Affinity Law Group handling: business litigation and various contract and transactional matters; Unsecured Creditors Committee and substantial creditor/critical vendor representations in large Chapter 11 Bankruptcy reorganization cases, as well as small to medium size businesses: seeking bankruptcy relief under Chapter 11; in receiverships cases in state court; and in out of court workouts.

Prior to Affinity, Tal worked at Armstrong Teasdale focusing primarily on commercial bankruptcies and litigation and assets sales in such cases.
